Intermountain MLS (IMLS) is now available for the map-based REO search service

We just added Intermountain MLS (IMLS) of Idaho to the list of supported MLSes for the RealBird Map-based REO search service. IMLS members can now add a map-based search showing REOs (bank owned homes) to their websites and blogs. It is an add-on feature to our RealBird Map-based Search service.

The list of supported MLSes with REO map search are:

• EBRD/MAXMLS - California
• MLSListings (REIL) - California  
• BAREIS - California 
• SANDICOR - California  
• MRIS - DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia 
• IMLS - Idaho

Eichler homes for sale in the San Francisco Bay Area

Another great example of the power of the new RealBird Property Search engine when it comes to creating preset listing search engines. This time, it is from Mark Mena, an agent with Intero. The search engine is pre configured for showing SF Bay Area Eichler homes. Joseph Eichler was a California-based, post-war residential real estate developer with a very distinct style. His firm built some 11,000 homes mostly in the San Francisco bay area and also in Sothern California.

Janie Coffey was kind to let us reblog her recent Coral Gables market update post on ActiveRain. It is a perfect demonstration of another innovative usage of the new RealBird Property Search.

Moo.com now prints and ships from the US

One of our favorite on-line printing services, Moo.com announced that they opened their US operation and now they print and ship from the US for US customers.

Moo provides many options including printing lots of different images in one pack, creating unique & personal products by printing your own images or choosing MOO designs and "ready made" products.

For real estate agents, there are many great options including their double-sided business cards, postcards and greeting cards. My favorite is Moo's capability to print different images on different cards ordered in one pack. You can for example upload your pictures of your recently sold properties and have business card showing your actual portfolio of achievements.
